The Journal of Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration seeks to become the flagship journal for interdisciplinary practical studies of alternative and complementary dispute resolution and negotiation. JMNA concentrates on negotiation and dispute resolution practice, research, policy and theory. It is our intent to bring the most important findings to the field and to acquaint various professions and academic pursuits with the latest development in their respective fields.
